If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to the first payment only.
To request a refund, contact us at support@supergreen.cc with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day refund window, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is needed as no payment has been collected.
Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
