  • Message data: messages sent and received through the Service are processed to deliver the Service functionality. We do not read or analyze message content for advertising or profiling purposes.
  • Payment information: payment details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Device and connection data: IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers used to access the Service, collected for security and fraud prevention purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription

  • Third-party messaging platforms: WhatsApp and Telegram, as necessary to provide the Service functionality. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
